Yoga & Meditation Classes

Yoga & Mindfulness Meditation support you in navigating stress, overwhelm and anxiety, while offering gentle pathways into deeper healing and inner peace.

 

My classes draw from Hatha, Vinyasa, Restorative Yoga, Yoga Therapy and Mindfulness, and are shaped by the energy of the season and the needs of the group.

 

Expect to reconnect with your body, breath and heart — creating space for calm, balance and a deeper sense of connection as each season unfolds.

6pm | Seasonal Hatha Flow

7:30pm | Mindfulness Meditation

 

Wednesday — Ullesthorpe Village Hall

7:15pm | Seasonal Hatha Flow

 

Thursday — Ullesthorpe Village Hall

9:30am | Seasonal Hatha Flow

Booking Weekly Classes

You can join any weekly yoga or meditation class with a class pass. Drop-ins are welcome as space allows, but booking with a pass helps you save money, reserve your spot in advance, and gently support your commitment to regular practice.

If booking Yoga Therapy sessions, note that appointment slots are limited. Feel free to arrange a free consultation call to chat this through further before booking.
