Yoga & Mindfulness Classes

Yoga & Mindfulness are well-established practices to help you navigate stress, overwhelm & anxiety. There are also routes into deeper healing and peace within yourself.

​

My classes are influenced by my training in Hatha, Vinyasa &  Restorative styles of Yoga, as well as my training as a Yoga Therapist and Mindfulness meditation. My teaching also responds to the cycles of each season and tailored to the needs of those in the room.

​

Expect to reconnect with your body, breath and heart as a pathway towards greater calm, balance & connection.

Class Schedule

All Yoga & Mindfulness classes are booked in blocks of around 6-8 weeks roughly mapping on to local school term times.

 

If a block of sessions has already started, you are welcome to contact me directly to see if there is a space in current block for you to join.
