Yoga & Mindfulness Classes

Yoga & Mindfulness are well-established practices to help you navigate stress, overwhelm & anxiety. There are also routes into deeper healing and peace within yourself.
My classes are influenced by my training in Hatha, Vinyasa & Restorative styles of Yoga, as well as my training as a Yoga Therapist and Mindfulness meditation. My teaching also responds to the cycles of each season and tailored to the needs of those in the room.
Expect to reconnect with your body, breath and heart as a pathway towards greater calm, balance & connection.

Class Schedule
You can join any yoga class with a class pass. Drop-ins are welcome when space allows, but booking with a pass helps you save money, reserve your spot in advance, and gently support your commitment to regular practice.
