Why Work With Me One-to-One?

My Approach to Yoga Therapy

 

I specialise in supporting individuals navigating chronic stress, anxiety, overwhelm, depression, and burnout. My work is particularly suited to those who:

 

  • Are grieving a recent bereavement

  • Are undergoing life transitions such as menopause, divorce, or career change

  • Might identify as Highly Sensitive or Neurodivergent

  • Have experienced early trauma

 

Together, we’ll explore practices to help you:

 

  • Reconnect with your body and discover what supports you best

  • Ease physical discomfort and calm your nervous system

  • Develop awareness of postural patterns and nervous system responses

  • Build self-care routines that feel achievable and nurturing

  • Foster greater self-acceptance, compassion, and balance

  • Gently explore and release unhelpful beliefs and patterns

 

Sessions are held online or in-person at my home studio in South Leicestershire. Each session is personalised—meeting you where you are that day, while also supporting your long-term wellbeing.

Options...

One-Off Booking

  • Each session allows for up to 60 minutes.

  • If you are a new client, it is advisable to opt for a block booking of at least 3 sessions to get the most benefit.

  • This option may be suitable for previous clients wanting to 'check in'.
     

Your Investment:

£70 per session

Block Booking

  • Booking a block helps you commit to the process and saves you money.

  • It allows time to get to the heart of things and tailor each session more accurately.

  • Helps you to get what you need in the short and longer term.

  • Includes at home guidance in between each session.

  • Towards the end of your block, you'll receive a personalised summary of any practices and/or lifestyle choices that are suited for you moving forward.

Your Investment:
3 x 60 minute sessions -  £195
6 x 60 minute sessions - £360

More Support

For those wanting a little more support, I also offer Mentoring and an 'On-Demand Therapist' option through Voxer/WhatsApp, that can be added on to your booking. Price given upon enquiry.

* Payment plans available.
* A small number of part paid scholarships are also available each year for those with financial constraints. Please note this upon enquiry.

The Logistics

One off sessions might be useful for existing clients or students who want to check-in and work on a specific issue.

Block bookings are ideal if you are new to Yoga therapy, or haven't worked with me directly as it allows time for me to deeply understand what you need and tailor each session with both immediate needs and long-term goals in mind.

Where?

Sessions can take place online, or in my small home studio in South Leicestershire.

When?

In consultation with you, we shall plan in a mutually convenient time during the working week. A limited number of evening slots are also available. Depending on what feels right for you, the frequency of your sessions can be weekly, fortnightly, or even monthly. 

Guidance and any at home plans/practices will be talked through with you at the end of session and a copy emailed to you within 24 hours. Any tailored video/audio recordings will also be sent to you as soon as they are ready.

What Can I Expect?

The way we shape our time working together will be as unique as you are! In our initial consultation, we will map out a loose plan, which can be adapted at any time if the need arises. However, sessions will likely include some, or all of the following:

 

  • Movements and Yoga Postures 

  •  Meditation & Relaxation

  • Breathing Techniques

  • Awareness Practices

  • Discussion & Reflection

  • Specific Teaching & Advice Sharing
  • Checking in, Celebrating & Reviewing
