Held within a small, supportive group, From Patterns to Presence offers a gentle yet powerful space for self-understanding, healing, and inner transformation through group Yoga Therapy.
Rooted in the energy of spring — a season of emergence and new beginnings — this immersion supports the shift towards befriending the body, compassionately facing patterns & habits, while building self-trust and deep inner knowing.

Led by Nichola Day
An experienced yoga & meditation teacher and yoga therapist with a background that spans yoga, meditation, breathwork, trauma-informed practice, seasonal and cyclical wisdom, Yoga Therapy, Reiki, and astrology. Alongside formal training, her greatest skill lies in lived, embodied experience — shaped through her own long-term healing journey with complex PTSD, anxiety, and early trauma. This personal work deeply informs how she now holds space: with sensitivity, steadiness, and respect for each person’s pace. Committed to continual learning and ongoing self-healing, she knows that tending her own inner landscape is an essential part of offering safe, attuned, and grounded support to others. This is what she will bring to this immersion.
What can I expect from this Immersion?


Logistics
8 Sessions | Online & In-Person | Starts 16th April
For eight weeks, we will meet once a week, with a total of 8 sessions: 6 online sessions and 2 in-person gatherings held at The Nest Studio in Hinckley.
Online sessions take place on Thursday evenings and last 2 hours. In-person sessions are held on Saturday afternoons and last 3 hours, allowing time for deeper embodied work and group connection.
This immersion is intentionally limited to a maximum of 8 participants, creating a spacious, supportive container where individual attention, meaningful connection, and depth of exploration can unfold. You will be held both as an individual and as part of a shared, collective journey.
