One-To-One Yoga Therapy & Mentoring

What is Yoga Therapy?

Yoga Therapy is the tailored application of the tools and perspectives from Yoga, to a person’s specific needs. Yoga therapy is holistic in that it treats the whole person - physically, emotionally, mentally & spiritually.
What is mentoring?
Mentoring is the sharing of knowledge, skills and/or experience to help another person grow and develop in a certain area of life.

My area of skill and expertise is in working with those experiencing chronic stress, overwhelm, Anxiety, Depression & Burn Out. I particularly specialise in working with those who:

My 3-Month Programme


Working with me for 3 months includes:

  • 6 x one-to-one 90 minute online sessions

  • The 6 sessions will comprise of Yoga Therapy and/or Mentoring. The  amount of each will be decided at initial consultation and adapted throughout as necessary.

  • Take-home guidance and practices given for in between each session, which may include audio/video recordings as appropriate.

  • Message Mentor & Therapist - Access to my guidance & support through Voxer, Monday to Friday during working hours.

From the very first session, I will focus on getting to know you.

At the beginning of our 3 months together, I will spend time asking you questions about you, as well as exploring your posture, movement, breath, biggest worries, hopes, etc. We will also agree your overarching aims for the three months.


We will keep these main aims in mind throughout, but also respond and adapt to your needs as they present at each session. Sessions may involve:


  • Movements and Yoga Postures 

  •  Meditation & Relaxation

  • Breathing Techniques

  • Awareness Practices

  • Discussion & Reflection

  • Specific Teaching & Advice Sharing
  • Checking in, Celebrating & Reviewing


In between each session, you will be given guidance on things to do or lifestyle advice to put into practice that will help support you towards your goal.
