About the Event
A chance for us to enjoy a final dose of Yoga yumminess outside surrounded by the beauty of nature!
This session will included meditation, gentle warming movements, a yoga flow, time for relaxation followed by time to chat and enjoy a picnic with your yoga friends.
A choice of a cake or other sweet treat will be included, but please bring along your own lunch and drinks. This session will be an open level class and accessible for most bodies with options given and will be tailored to those who come along.
Please bring your yoga mat, picnic blanket, lunch and drinks. You may also find a block, bricks, a cushion, eye pillow and blanket useful.
