About the Event
Living in an world with lots of stressors, it is possibke to become disconnected from ourselves. This is especially treu for those of us who are extra sensitive, which is why taking time out to relax and turn inward is an essential element of self care...
This session is for those that feel a little lost, overwhelmed, stressed out and would like to be supported in a safe space with like-minded souls on the path to nurturing a deeper connection with Self.
The session will be planned with those that join in mind and will reflect the current seasonal and energetic themes. However, the general format will include the following:
* Gentle movement
* Relaxation & Yoga Nidra Practice
* Guided Meditation
* Guided Journaling
* Poetry & Discussion
As this is an online session, please make sure you have a quiet and undisturbed space for you to practise in. You will also need to make sure you are comfortable, so a Yoga mat, plenty of blankets, a pillow (or bolster), a cushion, eye pillow/scarf can be helpful for the parts of the session where we shall be lying down. You will also need your journal and a pen. You might also like to consider the ambience of your space and include anything that will help to soothe your senses and promote the journey inwards.
