About the Event
This session is for those that feel a little lost, frazzled, stressed out, or even numb from the busyness of life.
If you would like to be supported in a safe space with like-minded souls, to nurture a deeper connection to yourself, as well as being guided to soothe your body & mind towards relaxation, this session is for you... When we are supported and our needs are met, our unique gifts can shine.
The session will be planned with those that join in mind and will reflect the current seasonal and energetic themes. However, the general format will include the following:
* Very gentle movements to release tension
* Relaxation & Yoga Nidra Practice
* Guided Meditation
* Guided Journaling
* Poetry & Discussion
As this is an online session, please make sure you have a quiet and undisturbed space for you to practise in. You will also need to make sure you are comfortable, so a Yoga mat, plenty of blankets, a pillow (or bolster), a cushion, eye pillow/scarf can be helpful for the parts of the session where we shall be lying down. You will also need your journal and a pen. You might also like to consider the ambience of your space and include anything that will help to soothe your senses and promote the journey inwards.
