About the Event

Spring Yoga & Mindfulness Retreat Day

Part of the ‘Healing Through the Seasons’ series of seasonal retreat days.

As we approach the Spring equinox and the murmurs of life once again beginning to emerge in the natural world, I invite you to take a day to allow yourself to gently emerge too. At this time of year we can still be feeling a little sluggish, low on energy and in need of some vitality. This seasonal wellbeing retreat offers a blend of practices to give your body, mind & soul the tonic that it needs at this time of the year.

The day itself will include:

  • A seasonally aligned Yoga session, designed to connect you with the changing season and what you need, as well as focussing specifically cleansing the body and mind.
  • A restorative practice of Yoga Nidra, allowing your body and mind to deeply rest, and relax.
  • Mindfulness meditation, which will invite the mind to quieten and allow you to find your centre.
  • A short talk about the season’s teachings and how to adapt your self-care for the Spring.
  • A seasonal mindful craft that will allow you to enjoy the healing benefits of creative flow, plus something beautiful to take away with you as a keepsake and inspire your self-care at home.
  • Guided reflection time to give you space to connect to your inner wisdom and consider your self-care in the weeks that follow.
  • A nourishing two-course lunch, designed to give your body the nutrients it needs at this time of the year and make use seasonal foods.
  • All hot/cold drinks and snacks throughout the day.

This retreat is an invitation to nourish, reset, and embrace the energy of the Spring. By the end of the day, you’ll be left feeling replenished, nourished and ready to begin emerging from the sluggishness of the darker months.

Your investment for this day is £75 to include all activities, food, drinks and craft materials. Attendees of the previous seasonal retreat days can make use of the discount code for this event, offered to them upon their last booking.

This retreat also allows you the option to join in our year long journey of wellbeing, inner inquiry & healing as our Summer retreat day will follow on later this year (Sunday 29th June). This year long journey through our seasonal retreat days, allow us a chance to deeply connect to ourselves and each other as we build on our self-care & wellbeing through the seasons. You are welcome to attend one, a couple or all the events as suits you. For those that book on to this Spring retreat a small discount will be offered for subsequent retreat days.

The dates for the next round of ‘Healing Through the Seasons’ series of seasonal retreat days have yet to be confirmed, but will begin with our Autumn one in September 2025.
