🌿 SENSITIVE SOUL SPACE: A Therapeutic Yoga & Sharing Circle for Highly Sensitive and/or Neurodivergent Souls 🌿

Seeking sanctuary in your self-care, or the need to be nurtured in a tailored way? Join me for these monthly sessions, in which you will be guided through a tailored, therapeutic yoga session – crafted with exactly you in mind. Specifically, designed to soothe, restore, connect, and empower, these monthly sessions invite you to find solace in like-minded community & through the healing benefits of Yoga.

🌟 What to Expect:

  • Therapeutic Yoga - Leave the overthinking behind, as I guide you through a carefully curated session, helping you to alleviate anxiety, overwhelm, and nurture your true self connection.
  • Sharing Circle - An option to connect in an open & accepting space where questions can be asked, challenges meet understanding, and seasonal self-care wisdom is shared.
  • Tailored Support - Your unique challenges are the focus. Every session is crafted to meet the needs of the moment.
  • Flexibility - Join for the full session or simply indulge in the therapeutic yoga element—it’s your journey, your space, your self-care. 
  • Comfort Zone: Set your space just the way you like it, with the freedom to keep your camera on or off – with no judgement whatever you choose.

🕊️ Date & Time: This first session takes place on Sunday 23rd June, @ 7pm London Time (3pm EST/2pm CST/12pm PST). The whole session will be 1 hour and 45 minutes, with time at the begining for our sharing circle. The Yoga session will begin by 7:30pm London time.

🌷What to bring:

What we use will depend on the needs at the time, but as a rule please have a yoga mat, Yoga blocks, cushions, blankets, eye cover/pillow, a bolster/couple of bed pillows, water/hot drink in a flask, journal & pen. If you do not have some of these items, do not worry adaptations can be made as needed.


The session will be recorded and made available to you the day after the session itself. Members will have lifetime access to this through their membership, otherwise it will be available for 2 weeks post the event.
