About the Event

If you been to a Yoga class, you will know that the 'after Yoga feeling' is hard to beat - but what if you brought your practice home? How would this positively influence your well being?

This workshop has been designed to support you in developing a sustainable home yoga practice for YOU and your needs, or help to inspire and deepen an existing practice. The session will include:

· A Yoga session - dto connect to yourself and explore different movement types and practices that work for you and those that don't

· Learn - movements and practices that will be most beneficial for you

· Discussion - with others that face the same daily obstacles to finding time for themselves and explore the when, where, what and how of your practice

· Create - time to map out a sequence designed just for you, with my guidance and expertise for you to go home with.

· Nibble & Chat - We will also take a pause midway to enjoy a hot drink and light snacks, while having a chat with like-minded people.

This workshop is for all people who want to bring yoga into their home lives - all levels of practitioner welcome. In taking part you will be asked on the booking form what you most want Yoga to help you with (better sleep, back aches, mood, etc), so that the session can be completely tailored to you. Due to this bespoke nature of the event, the number of spaces will be limited to 12.

Early Bird - If booked before March 31st, enjoy £5 off with ther code CYHP23
