Wednesday night Yoga is a mixed level class aimed at those with some Yoga experience, or beginners in good general health who are looking to find that mid-week time to rebalance. In these classes, expect to be led through a sequence of common Yoga postures, breath work, relaxation & meditation. Within this class you will be encouraged to work with your body, with options to challenge or support the body depending on how you feel. My style is trauma-informed, therapeutic, seasonal and influenced by my training in Hatha, Vinyasa & Resorative styles of Yoga as well as my training in Yoga Therapy. Over the course of the block, expect to build on movements that stretch and strengthen, as well as breath work, meditation & relaxation to soothe the nervous system and promote whole health. Classes will also include key teachings from Yoga Philosophy to deepen your practice and support you in taking Yoga off the mat. For this class you will need a Yoga mat, water and a blanket as essential pieces of kit. You may also benefit from the following which can be advised during class; Yoga bricks/blocks, Bolster, eye pillow, knee padding. Please note the dates for this 7 week block are as follows: 28th Feb, 6th, 13th, 20th March, 10th and 17th April.
Refunds & Cancellations
Unfortunately in the case of full block bookings, cancellations cannot be accepted once booked and paid for. In the case of partial block bookings, class transfers may be made if spaces are available at the preferred time. This is dependent on spaces and at the discretion of the teacher.
