Booking Your Yoga
Community classes are a great way to bring a regular and consistent yoga practice into your life and this is one of the best way to reap the benefits of Yoga. My class sizes are always limited to ensure I can deliver as much tailored teaching as possible. Joining one of my group class is also a perfect way to make friends and connections with like-minded people.
If you are not ready to join a group class, or have a specific need that requires a more tailored approach, then a one-to-one session may be more suitable.

All community classes are booked in blocks of around 6-8 weeks roughly mapping on to local school term times.
