Community classes are a great way to bring a regular and consistent  yoga practice into your life and this is one of the best way to reap the benefits of Yoga. Joining my group class is also a perfect way to make friends and connections with like-minded people.

If you are not ready to join a group class, are struggling with anxiety, overwhelm or stress that requires a more tailored approach, then an online one-to-one session may be more suitable.

So, if you are looking for a way to start, or continue your yoga practice that helps you to commit and move towards your well-being goals - look no further.

Current Schedule

All community classes are booked in blocks of around 6-8 weeks roughly mapping on to local school term times.
